Delivery Wright Computers aims to provide a prompt and reliable delivery service. We will deliver your order right away. Orders are processed and dispatched on the same day as they are received and will be dispatched to UK addresses within 24 hours using the delivery method selected at time of order ( either Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class recorded ).
Special Delivery guarantees next working day (Monday to Friday) delivery. Saturday deliveries are often made, but cannot be guaranteed. Later times will apply to the more remote parts of Scotland and some offshore islands.
The above Special Delivery guarantees are subject to us receiving your order by 2:00pm on the day of the order.
Orders will be dispatched to the rest of Europe within 24 hours by Royal Mail International Registered post. Delivery should take 2 to 5 working days.
Customers will be informed about any out-of-stock items by e-mail as soon as possible.
If we cannot deliver the goods within the above timescales you will be informed immediately and, with your agreement, another time for delivery will be arranged. If we cannot agree on another time for delivery, you will be given the option of cancelling the order (credit and debit card orders are not debited until dispatch). If you have already paid for the items by cheque, you will be offered a refund.
