Returns Policy

Wright Computers operates a fair and reliable returns policy.

1. As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract within 7 working days and without giving a reason and receive a full refund. In the case of goods the 7 days begins from the day after the consumer receives the goods.
    

2. Please ensure that the goods are complete with all original packaging. Enclose a copy of the invoice and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
    

3. You should inspect goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If the goods are found to be defective or damaged you must contact us immediately. We will not accept return of goods damaged as a result of neglect or misuse, this applies equally to the original packaging.
    

4. You must bear the cost of return.
    

5. In all correspondence  include your name, address and telephone number so that we can contact you.
