Terms and Conditions General All products are subject to availability. If for any reason products ordered are not available, then we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
Wright Computers reserves the right to vary the price of any product at any time and without notice.
Orders are accepted On-line, by telephone, fax or post and are subject to formal Terms & Conditions of Sale.
Description of products with regard to technical specification, appearance, and dimensions, etc are extracted from our suppliers' documentation and are not guaranteed to be exact. Every effort is made to ensure the specifications and quoted prices are correct. However, Wright Computers accepts no liability for any errors or omissions made.
All Goods are to be paid for in advance. Goods will not dispatched until full payment has been received.
Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged on all goods dispatched to the UK and to the rest of the European Union.
For goods dispatched outside the European Union VAT will not be charged.
Additional delivery costs will apply. For UK addresses either Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class Recorded delivery rates will be charged to cover Packing and delivery. For goods dispatched outside the UK £15.00 will be charged to cover Packaging and delivery.
These terms and conditions do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.
Complaints Procedure If you have experienced problems with any aspect of our service or using our website you can contact us either by Mail, FAX, Telephone or E-mail as shown on the Contact Us page.
All complaints made will be acknowledged within 48 hours and you will be given an estimated timescale for resolving any problem.
You will be kept fully informed throughout the process of resolving problems.
